What is a CCP?
At Quatsh, we prioritize creating an environment where everyone feels safe and accepted, both on and off the courts. It is essential that all members, trainers, and guests feel comfortable discussing social safety and their well-being. Whether you are facing issues related to undesirable behavior or academic challenges, open conversations are always encouraged.
Confidential Contact Persons (CCP) are the first point of contact for any signals and complaints if you experience/witness inappropriate behavior, like sexual misconduct, aggression, violence, bullying and/or discrimination. The CCP will provide a listening ear and will outline possible next steps.
Additionally, they support the board with advice and information on social safety. Together they can work on prevention within the association.

Hey, I’m Ana, and I’ve been part of Quatsh for 4 years. I chose to become a CCP because I genuinely care about the well-being of the community and believe that social safety matters. When people feel safe and respected, it creates an environment where everyone can be themselves and focus on what they enjoy without unnecessary worry.

Aside of our CCP, you also have the option to reach out to an external CCP of the Eindhoven Student Sports Federation (ESSF). These people are there for anyone who needs to discuss personal/sports related concerns or issues. For more information, visit the ESSF Confidentiality Contact Point.
Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland (CVSN) is dedicated to supporting everyone in the sports community. They offer a phone line and chat service that you can use for any problems, questions, or if you just need someone to talk to. CVSN is committed to ensuring a safe and positive environment for all athletes and sports enthusiasts.
